With over 10 years of experience in organizational network analysis, employee experience, and workplace analytics—and a PhD exploring ONA for evolving organizational structures—Anita empowers teams with data-driven insights and automation. She also hosts DevEx Talks, featuring industry leaders from Google, Honeycomb, and others, exploring how to turn developer experience insights into action.
